  1. Define "FearRP" and give an example relevant to the server.
FearRP is acting based on your situation, whether having multiple guns pointed at you, and SCP breathing down your neck. It would make your character feel scared, nervous and act outside of their regular behavior.. Unless they are insane and have lost the need to fear their life.

  2. Define "NLR." If you die during a containment breach, what do you remember when respawned?
NLR standing for New Life Rule, ensures that people who have been killed, either intentional or not, do not remember being killed. This means that the person cannot return to their death point and kill the murderer. If I was to die during a containment breach, In character, I would not remember what killed me or where I was killed, acting as if it was almost a dream of my fate (which will most likely be repeated 100 times over..) after I have respawned, I would speak to other members of my department / insurgency to see if they have any idea on the site status and any precautions I need to take during my shift.

  3. Explain "Passive RP" vs. "Active RP." Why is Passive RP important during downtime?
Passive RP reefers to RP that is NON-VIOLENT, simply grabbing a coffee, eating a meal. or just socializing with colleagues. Active RP on the other hand is VIOLENT, this can be a small fist fight, containment breach or a brawl between the foundation and the forces of chaos. Passive RP is important during downtime to ensure people don't get bored from being constantly killed over and over again and leaving the server.

  4. What is the primary ideological difference between the Foundation and the Chaos Insurgency?
The ideological difference between the Foundation and the Chaos Insurgency is the Foundation wants to keep anomalies (SCPs) secured from the public, in order to better understand and research their properties in a safe, semi-controllable environment by "employing" the help of D-Class personnel. While the Chaos Insurgency wants to capture and utilize the SCPs in order to take down the Foundation and any allies it may have.

  5. You have successfully infiltrated the site and reached the D-Class holding block. Your orders were to extract Class-D personnel, but a Site Wide Lockdown has just been triggered. Do you stay and fight the MTF to the death, or do you retreat? Explain your reasoning.

Attempt to stay and fight, if you become overwhelmed or are ordered to retreat with as many Class-D as you can, although command might see it as a failure, you still would have completed your order of extracting X amount of D-Class. Staying would be the better option as a site wide lockdown would put personnel and security on high alert, killing anyone they cannot identify. This means patrols would be more frequent and the holding block would have additional forces waiting outside, this means you would likely die faster if you immediately tried to retreat outside the Foundation.

  6. You capture a high value target during a raid. Instead of killing them, how would you RP an interrogation to get information?

To RP an interrogation for information on a high value target of the chaos insurgency, I would begin by RPing myself laying out tools, such as a bucket of water, restraints, and tools to be used when they seem lacking in complying with questions. I would then tie them to a chair, ensuring they cannot escape, after I would begin asking questions leading towards the knowledge I wish to know, whether it be a location of someone or something useful to the insurgency, info about an SCP, or the defensive capabilities located within a sector of the site.

Hopefully this covers the application in sufficient detail, as I am writing this while preparing for work.

Everything is very well written and detailed! It should be noted however that violence/non-violence doesn't apply to passive/active RP.
